Divisional Officer, Palakkad has confirmed the sale in his Whereas Sri Mahesh Kumar s/o Velayudhan,order No. B-2630/16 dated 30-6-2016 under section 54 of Padinjaremuri, Kallamparamb, Thaaruvakurussi, Kannadi the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968, it is hereby has purchased of ` 2,50,100 (Two Lakhs Fifty thousand declared under sub-section (1) of section 57 of the said and hundred only) the immovable property specified act, that the said Sri Mahesh Kumar s/o Velayudhan, below at sale held on 29th March 2016, for recovery of Padinjaremuri, Kallamparamb, Thaaruvakurussi, Kannadi is the Bank Dues amounting to ` 16,74,00,000 + 14,52,79,256 the lawful successor to all rights of the former land holder due from Sri Pradeep, V. s/o Velayudhan, TKV Nagar Bank in the said immovable property.
