Notice of Publication of Draft Master Plan Under Section 36(4) of the Kerala
Town and Country Planning Act, 2016 (ACT No. 9 of 2016)
It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan Prepared by the Municipal Council of Perinthalmanna Municipality in respect of the Local Planning Area with boundaries as described hereunder.
Whole area covered under Perinthalmanna Municipality with boundaries as South : Elamkulam Grama Panchayath West : Pulamanthole Grama Panchayath and Angadipuram Grama
Panchayath.
has been published in the official website http ://www.perinthalmannamunicipality.in of the Municipal Council of Perinthalmanna Municipality as per Section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016).
A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for inspection by the Public during office hours at the Office of the Municipal Council of Perinthalmanna Municipality.
Any person interested in the plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Municipal Council of Perinthalmanna Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto within 60 days from the date of publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
