ക്വട്ടേഷൻ 172 KERALA GAZETTE [PART I ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സൂപ്ര≠്, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി, കണ്ണൂർ, പരിയാരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 8-10-2016 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ക്വട്ടേഷനിൽ ഒരു റെക്സിൻ കവർ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള തുക പ്രത്യേകമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ താണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ കവറിൽ റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന റെക്സിന്റെ സാമ്പിൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ക്വട്ടേഷൻ കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ബെഡ് കവർ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed quotations are invited for the repair of bed side cover with good quality rexin (100 Nos.) to Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram.
The envelopes containing quotation should bear the superscription "The Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram". Intending tenderers may submit the quotations on their own papers.
Estimate Cost—` 75,000. Last date for receipt of quotations is 8-10-2016, 3 p.m. Late quotations will not be accepted. The quotations will be opened at 8-10-2016, 3.30 p.m. in the presence of such of the quotationers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. The maximum period required for delivery of the article should be mentioned.
