The Tender has two parts:
[For supply, installation and commissioning
(1) Technical bid [scanned copies of Certificates of a fully automated Microarray System] Global e-Tenders are invited in a two bid system from manufacturers/their authorized agencies for the supply of following equipment with respective specifications, required at the Genomic lab of KLD Board at Kudappanakkunnu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The tender has to be submitted as e-tender through https://etenders.kerala.gov.in. Only those bidders who have enrolled in the above portal with their own Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) can participate in the tender.
The e-tender document and other details can also be obtained from the above portal.
for being the Manufacturers of the equipment (in own letter head)/being the Authorized Dealers of the equipment, issued by the Manufacturers (in the case of Authorized Dealers), technical specifications of the product being offered, brochures of the product being offered, preliminary agreement in the prescribed format in a Kerala stamp paper worth ` 200, Tender document duly signed and sealed etc. have to be submitted online through the e-tender portal. The original copies of the documents are to be submitted in the given address separately].
