തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെയും ഹോസ്റ്റലിലെയും ഇൻസിനറേറ്ററുകൾക്ക് എ. എം. സി. നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനായി നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ഉദ്ദേശ വില—` 1,20,000. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) :
ഒറിജിനൽ—` 420. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്—` 210.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—1-11-2016 രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ 24-11-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിവരെ.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—24-11-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിവരെ.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—28-11-2016, 3 മണി.
31-3-2017 വരെ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷി പ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവു ന്നതാണ്.
Sealed tenders are invited for the execution of AMC to the Incinerators installed in Government Ayurveda College Hospital & Hostel. The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the execution of AMC to the incinerators installed in Govt. Ayurveda College Hospital & Hostel" and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.
PAC—` 1,20,000.
Cost of tender form (Non-refundable):
Original—` 420 (including taxes). Duplicate—` 210 (including taxes).
` 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the
tender form has to be sent by post.
Date and time of sale of tender form—1-11-2016 to 24-
11-2016, 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender form—
24-11-2016, 2 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—28-11-2016,
3 p. m.
Date upto which the rates to be firm—31-3-2017.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance. The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.
