PERUMBAVOOR MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
NOTIFICATION OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT MASTER PLAN FOR PERUMBAVOOR TOWN UNDER SECTION 36(4) OF THE KERALA TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT-2016
(ACT NO. 9 OF 2016)
It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan for Perumbavoor Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Perumbavoor in respect of the Local Planning Area consisting of the whole area of Perumbavoor Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder:
North— Okkal Grama Panchayath & Koovapady Grama Panchayath
East— Rayamangalam Grama Panchayath South—Rayamangalam Grama Panchayath & Vengola Grama Panchayath
West—Vazhakulam Grama Panchayath & Periyar River
has been published in the official website: www.perumbavoormunicipality.gov.in of the Municipal Council of Perumbavoor, as per section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016)
A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for inspection by the public during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council of Perumbavoor.
Any person interested in the Plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Perumbavoor Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
