This is to inform that Shri Subramaniam Chitrampat
had submitted Document No. 1506/1999 registered at
SRO Mongam as original for the purpose of creating
Equitable Mortgage for the housing loan availed by
Shri Subramaniam Chitrampat. The said document has
been irrecoverably lost from the bank and the bank has
obtained a certified copy of the document and the same
has been issued to Shri Subramaniam Chitrampat.
