2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്റ്റ് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സൂചന:—(1) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 5-1-2016-ലെ മേൽ നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്

(2) ശ്രീ. ജോയി ആൽബർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ച 27-10-2016-ലെ അപേക്ഷ.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയത്തിലെ അപാകത പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇരവിപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ മുടവൻമുകൾ ബം•ാവിൽ ശ്രീ. ജോയി ആൽബർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ മയ്യനാട് വില്ലേജിൽ ബ്ലോക്ക് നമ്പർ 26-ൽ റീസർവ്വേ 416/20/3-ൽപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സിഫിക്കേഷൻ വിലയും പുനർ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നതിന് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്ത് കൊല്ലം തഹശീൽദാർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. ആയതിലേക്ക് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും സൂചന 1 പ്രകാരം നൽകിയ ഉത്തരവിൽ മയ്യനാട് വില്ലേജിൽ എന്നതിന് പകരം ഇരവിപുരം വില്ലേജ് എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. ടി തെറ്റ് തിരുത്തണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സൂചന 2 പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. രേഖകൾ പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടി സ്ഥലം മയ്യനാട് വില്ലേജിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടതാണെന്ന് കാണുന്നു. ടി സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 5-1-2016-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഉത്തരവ് തിരുത്തി ചുവടെ ചേർക്കും വിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ന്യായവിലയിൽ വന്നുചേർന്ന അപാകത പരിഹരിച്ച് ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
