Insolvency Petition No. 1/2004
Under Section 31 of the Insolvency Act, 1955 notice is hereby given that the above mentioned 1st respondent viz., Janab Hashim Ahammadu, Midilaj Manzil, Chairman and Managing Director, Ideal Education and Relief Society, Kaliyar P. O., Thodupuzha, has been adjudged Insolvent on 26-9-2015 and that he should apply for discharge on or before 26-12-2015.
In the matter of the Insolvency of Janab Hashim Ahammadu, Midilaj Manzil, Chairman and Managing Director, Ideal Education and Relief Society, Kaliyar P. O., Thodupuzha.

5. Sivaprasad, K. G., Aged 40 years, S/o Late G. K. Nair and residing at Sivaganga House, Sankar Nagar, Neeramankara, Kaimanam, Thiruvananthapurarm.

The above S. O. P. is filed for the issuance of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners to receive an amount of Rs. 22,12,358 with future interest @ 6% per annum from 17-10-2016 till realization which is due to the decree holder in E. P. No. 279/2012 in O. S. 459/2010 of the Principal Sub Court, Paravoor. If anybody interested to become a party in this petition is requested to appear before this court either in person or through counsel on 19-12-2016 at 11 O' clock, or otherwise, Succession Certificate will be granted in favour of the petitioners.
