Immovable Property
It is hereby publicly noticed for general information that Sri P. P. Gopinathan S/o Ramunni Nambiar, Padinhare Parambil, Koothali P. O., Koothali Village, Koyilandy Taluk has purchased on 21st day of August 2007 at a public auction. 3 cents of Land in RS. No. 68/3 of Koothali Village in Koyilandy Taluk in Kizhikode District sold for arrears of revenue dues from Surabhi Gramina Vanitha Shisu Vikasana Society, the land holder. Sri P. P. Gopinathan S/o Ramunni Nambiar, Padinhare Paranbil, Koothali has succeeded to all the rights of Surabhi Gramina Vanitha Shisu Vikasana Society, over the aforesaid land.

Whereas Sri P. P. Gopinathan S/o Ramunni Nambiar residing in Padinhare Parambil of Koothali Village, Koyilandy Taluk Kozhikode District has purchased for ` 32,100 (Rupees Thirty two thousand and one hundred only) the immovable property specified below at the sale held in public action on the 21st day of August 2007 for the recovery K.S.E.B. arrears amounting to ` 54,014 for the period due from Smt. P. K. Leela, Convenor, Surabhi Gramin Vanitha Sisu Vikasana Samithi, resding in Koothali Village of Koyilandy Taluk, Kozhikode District and whereas under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared under Sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri P. P. Gopinathan, Padinhare Parambil, Koothali is the lawful successor to all the rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property.
