obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance.
The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ്
