Sub:— KVASU—Election to the Finance Council, Extension Council and Grievance Committee of the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University—Reg. Ref:— Clause 30(1), 31(1), 56 of KVASU Act 2010 (Act 3 of 2011)
Whereas it is necessary to constitute the Finance Council [as per Clause 30(1) of KVASU Act 2010 (Act 3 of 2011)], Extension Council [as per Clause 31(1) of KVASU Act 2010 (Act 3 of 2011)] and Grievance Committee [as per Clause 56 of KVASU Act 2010 (Act 3 of 2011)] of the University and hence it is hereby notified that the following elections will be held in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Chapters XXIV Part C of the First amended Statute of the University.
ELECTIONS TO BE CONDUCTED:
I. Finance Council
i. Two members elected by Management Council members from amongst themselves.
II. Extension Council
i. Two members elected by Management Council members from amongst themselves.
III. Grievance Committee
(i) Two members of Management Council elected by the members of the Management Council from among themselves
(ii) Three members of the Board of Management elected by the member of Board of Management from among themselves.
The following schedule is hereby notified for the conduct of the elections
