Notification of Publication of Draft Master Plan for
Aluva Town under section 36(4) of the Kerala Town
and Country Planning Act—2016
(Act No. 9 of 2016)
It is hereby notified that the draft Master Plan for Aluva Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Aluva in respect of the Local Planning Area consisting of the whole area of Aluva Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder:
North : Chengamanad Grama Panchayath Any person interested in the Plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Aluva Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
