KAYAMKULAM MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
has been published in the official website http://www.kayamkulammunicipality.in/of the Municipal Council of Kayamkulam, as per section 36(4) of The Kerala Town and Country Planning Act- 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016).
Notice of Publication of Draft Master Plan for
Kayamkulam Town under section 36(4) of the
Kerala Town and Country Planning Act
2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016)
It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan for Kayamkulam Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Kayamkulam in respect of the Local Planning Area consisting of the whole area of Kayamkulam Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder:
North: Pathiyoor Grama Panchayat, Chettikulangara Grama Panchayat.
East: Krishnapuram Grama Panchayat.
South: Devikulangara Grama Panchayat, Krishnapuram Grama Panchayat.
West: Kandalloor Grama Panchayat, Devikulangara Grama Panchayat.
A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for inspection by the public during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council of Kayamkulam.
Any person interested in the Plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Kayamkulam Municipality, any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette.
