NOTIFICATION No. 02/2017-CustomsF. No. S.20/05/2014-I&B-Cus. 2nd February 2017. Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Near St. Mary's Basilica Church, Block No. 3, Mulavukadu Panchayat, Vallarpadam, Ernakulam to be a Public Bonded Warehouse with effect from 2-2-2017 wherein dutiable goods (paper reels) may be deposited without payment of duty on the first importation thereof. TABLE Location : MIV Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Near St. Mary's Basilica Church, Block No. 3 CPT Land, Mulavukadu In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 57 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the port of Cochin having been declared by the Central Board of Excise & Customs, New Delhi vide Notification No. 40/63 dated 1-2-1963 as a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 the undersigned hereby appoints the Warehouse No. 2, in addition to Warehouse No. 1, as additional space, situated at MIV Panchayat, Vallarpadam, Ernakulam-682 504 Warehouse No. 1 Dimension : 29.5 mX33.22mX4.20m Area : 985 Sqm.

Near St. Mary's Basilica Church, Block No. 3, Mulavukadu Panchayat, Vallarpadam, Ernakulam and the Warehouse Manager of the said MIV Logistics Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the Warehouse keeper under the Customs Act, 1962, and authorized under Section 63 of the said Act, to collect rent and warehouse charges at the rates fixed. This Notification is issued in supersession of the office Notification No. 2/2016 dated 31-8-2016. DR. K. N. RAGHAVAN, Commissioner of Customs.
