തളിപ്പറമ്പ താലൂക്കിൽ നിടിയേങ്ങ അംശം, നിടിയേങ്ങ ദേശത്ത് പാപ്പനാംചിറ വീട്ടിൽ പി. ജെ. ജോൺ എന്നയാൾ 27-7-2015-ാം തീയതി മരണെ പ്പ ട്ട ി ര ി ക്ക ു ന്ന ു . ടിയാന്റെ അനന്തരാവകാശികളെ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി പരേതന്റെ മകൻ സോണി ജോൺ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന 4 (നാല്) പേരാണ് അനന്തരാവകാശികളായി ട്ടുള്ളതെന്നറിയുന്നു.

And it has been returned the order of Detention No. 14459/2017 (1) dated 11-5-2017 of this Court, thereupon issued that the said Sri Mohammed Usman @ Usman @ Undu Usman s/o Mohammed, Koppalam Kunnil House, P. K. Nagar, Arikady Village, Kumbla, Kasaragod District cannot be found, and whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that the said Sri Mohammed Usman @ Usman @ Undu Usman s/o Mohammed, has absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service of the said Order of Detention.
Proclamation is hereby made that the said KASARAGOD DISTRICT
