Any person interested in the Plan may communicatein writing to the Secretary of Kottayam Municipality, Vijayapuram Grama Panchayat and Panachikad Grama Panchayat, as the case may be, any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
