O., Ambukuthy, Vythiri Taluk, Wayanad District, Pin-673 122, do hereby notify for the information of all concerned authorities and the public that my minor daughter Aparna. K. S whose Community which is wrongly entered in her S. S. L. C. No. R 339726 with Register No. 262023 of March 2016 as Hindu-Thandan is corrected as Hindu-Thiyya vide Certificate No. A1-4285/17 dated 3-4-2017 issued by the Tahsildar Vythiri Taluk.
This correction will come into effect in all records related to her.
