കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ ആദൂർ, ഗാളിമുഖ കാഷ്യു പ്രോജനി ഓർച്ചാഡിലേക്കായി പച്ചചാണകം-180 മെ.ടൺ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

1. ഉന്നത ഗുണമേ∑യുള്ളതും കലർപ്പില്ലാത്തതുമായ സാധനമായിരിക്കണം. കൃത്യമായ അളവിൽ എത്തിച്ചു തരേ≠താണ്.

4. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ പ്രസ്തുത ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധി ദിനമായാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് നടത്താവുന്നതാണ്.

5. ടെ≠ർ അംഗീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനം സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

6. മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സാധനത്തിന്റെ അളവിൽ മാറ്റമു≠ാകാൻ സാധ്യതയു≠ാവുന്നതാണ്. രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തുന്ന വിലനിരക്ക് 2018 മാർച്ച് വരെ ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

7. കരാറുകാരൻ അന്തിമമായി ` 200-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ മറ്റൊരു സമ്മതപത്രം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Estimate Cost—` 4,90,000.

Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Cotton, Gloves & Bandages to Various Departments/Sections of Hospital" addressed to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of duly filled tender form is at 3 p. m. on 26-9-2017. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 26-9-2017 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram to obtain the required tender forms in which tenders should be submitted. Cost of original tender form is ` 1,000 + 5% GST (Total ` 1,050) and duplicate form is ` 500+5% GST. Those who wish to purchase tender form by post should send an additional amount of ` 50 as postage charge. The price fixed for a tender form or a set of form is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be started at 10 a. m. on 2-9-2017 and will be closed at 5 p. m. on 25-9-2017.
