1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം നമ്പർ ഡി1-1913/17.

താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട)് 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയിലെ ഡിക്രിമൂലമോ 2007-ലെ ഭേദഗതി ആക്ട് 29 പ്രകാരം സെക്ഷൻ 13 എ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടു ന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡ് അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയി ക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു ≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

UNDER SECTION 13 OF KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now completed.
Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a Decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act, or as per order of District Collector under Section 13A of the Amendment Act-29 of 2007 the records of survey the shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.
