Hereafter I will be a member of Islam-Religion and have changed my name as Shahana. S.

TO WHOM EVER IT MAY CONCERN Where as the petitioners applied for the grant of a Sucession Certificate as the Legal Heir (wife and children) of late Jacob Thomas residing at Kalarickal house, Kozhippilly Kara, Varappetty Village, Kothamangalam Taluk to get it transfer of 3500 equity shares of Kitex Garments Limited in to the name of 5th petitioner.

Any one has got objection to the said petition is directed to appear before this Court 15-11-2017 at 11 a. m. either directly or through pleader and file objection if any, failing which the original petition will be disposed off in their absence in accordance with law.
