ORDER

1. As per the Government Order read above, Government have accorded sanction to Kerala Water Authority to revise water charges w.e.f. 1-10-2014. With regard to the tariff in respect of domestic connections ordered in the G. O., Managing Director, Kerala Water Authority, as per the letter read above has proposed elaboration of the category, consumption level and tariff with a view to making it more unambiguous.

2. Government have examined the proposal in detail and are pleased to elaborate tariff in respect of domestic connections ordered in the Government Order read above as follows:

(a) No water charges will be collected from BPL families who consume up to 15000 litres per month.
