1. താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീ-സർെΔ- ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർെΔ-യും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്റ്റിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്റ്റ്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീ-സർെΔ- ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീ-സർെΔ- റിക്കാർഡ് അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കു കയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

said village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every person claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned land is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the Surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.

Under sub-section (2) of section 6 of the said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the above said land.

Under sub-section (3) of the section of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:

(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungles, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or any other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and

(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and Chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act, or the Rules made thereunder.

(2) Unless the survey hereby notified is by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.
