സെന്റ ് സ്ഥലം വിൽപ്പന നടത്തിയ വകയിൽ ബോർഡിൽ (Act No. 9 of 2016)

It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan for Punalur Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Punalur in respect of the Local Planning Area consisting of the whole area of Punalur Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder:

North—Vilakkudi Grama Panchayath, Piravanthur Grama Panchayath.

East— Thenmala Grama Panchayath, Yeroor Grama Panchayath

South—Yeroor Grama Panchayath, Karavalur Grama Panchayath

West— Karavalur Grama Panchayath, Vilakkudi നിക്ഷേപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ` 2,93,700 ടി ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമോ അഭിപ്രായമോ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് ഈ വി⁄ാപനം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കകം ചീഫ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ, കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് വഖഫ് ബോർഡ്, ഹെഢാഫീസ്, കലൂർ, വി.എെ.പി. റോഡ്, കൊച്ചി-682 017 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

has been published in the official website http://www.punalurmunicipality.in of the Municipal Council of Punalur, as per section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016).

A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for inspection by the public during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council of Punalur.

Any person interested in the Plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Punalur Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
