സർക്കാർ പ്രസ്സിൽ അച്ചടിച്ച് ഫോൾഡിംഗ് , ഗാതറിംഗ് ചെയ്ത് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന 2018 - ലെ സർക്കാർ ഡയറികൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം കെയ്സ് ബൈന്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു തരേണ്ടതാണ് .
1. 16 X 23 സെ . മീ . സൈസിലുള്ള 120000 ഡയറികൾ , 16 പേജ് വീതമുള്ള ഏകദേശം 26 ഫോറങ്ങൾ അച്ചടിച്ച് ഗാതർ ചെയ്താണ് ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നത്.
2. പ്രസ്തുത ഡയറി കവറുകൾക്കായി സർക്കാർ അംഗീകരിച്ചു ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന ഡിസൈൻ ഫോർ കളറിൽ ( 170 gsm) Art paper- ൽ അച്ചടിച്ച് മാറ്റ് ലാമിനേഷനോടുകൂടിയും , ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്യൂയിംഗ് ചെയ്തും കെയ്സ് ബൈൻ്റ് ചെയ്ത് ഡയറിയാക്കി ലഭ്യമാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
