Whereas, complaint has been made before me by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City that Shri Sreejith @ Unni s/o Vijayakumaran Nair, aged 26 years, Mankarathala Veed, T.C. 19/124, Punnakkamughal, Thirumala Village residing at u/S 435, 427, 153, 506 (i) and 34 IPC

Sreejith @ Unni cannot be found, and whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that Sri. Sreejith @ Unni has absconded or concealing himself to avoid the service of the said Order of detention.
Proclamation is hereby made that the said Sreejith @ Unni of Thiruvananthapuram District to appear before the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O) Thiruvananthapuram City within 30 days of the publication of this order in the Kerala Gazettes.

As per Order No. 32903/G1/2008/H & FWD dated 8-7-2009 published in Kerala Gazette No. 1392-Vol. 54 dated 28-7-2009 as SRO 653/2009 in pursuance to Section 154 of Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act, 1955 (XVI of 1955), the District Collectors have been authorized to exercise the powers as per Section 122 of Travancore Cochin Public Health Act 1955 (XVI of 1955) so as to declare any local area or part of it within respective jurisdiction in which a fair or festival is to be held to be a notified fair or festival centre for the purpose of Chapter XIII of the Act, for such period as may be specified therein and to define the limits of the area which shall be the site for the fair or festival.
In exercise of the powers thus conferred upon me, in pursuance to section 122 of the Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act, 1955 (XVI of 1955), I hereby declare that the area specified in the schedule below shall, for the purpose of Chapter XIII of the said Act, be a notified festival centre for a period of 2 days commencing on 10-2-2018 and ending on 11-2-2018 in connection with the Thirunal of St. Sebastian's Pilgrim Church, Moongode, Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram and define the said area for the purpose aforesaid be the sites for the said festival on condition that the temple authorities mentioned in the Annexure, are liable to comply the orders of Honorable Supreme Court and the order of District Collector's No. S9-54315/14 dated 1-11-2014 regarding the noise pollution and ensure that all the sound amplifying equipments shall be hired from only those mike operators who have registered with the District Administration.

വയസ് 1. ഓമനയമ്മ ഭാര്യ 70 2. പflകുമാർ മകൻ 48 3. ചിത്രലേഖ മകൾ 46 ഇവർ മാത്രമാണുള്ളതെന്നും പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ലായെന്നും അറിയുന്നതിനാൽ പരേതന്റെ പേരിൽ അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് മുഖേന ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള എല്ലാ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശികൾ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവർ മാത്രമാണെന്ന് കാണിച്ച് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം അവർ ആ വിവരം പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം നേരിട്ട് ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചും തപാൽവഴിയും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
