തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ 15 KVA UPS-ന്റെ ബാറ്ററികൾ [12 Volt, 40AH, SMF (Sealed Maintenance Free)]—30 എണ്ണം ബൈബാക്ക് സ്കീമിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് 'തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ 15 KVA UPS-ന്റെ ബാറ്ററികൾ ബൈബാക്ക് സ്കീമിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ' എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 28-12-2017 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. 28-12-2017 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 27-12-2017, 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷം വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 450 ആണ്. (ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി ` 54 ഒറിജിനൽ ജി. എസ്. റ്റി. ചെലാൻ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.) ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 252.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ തുകയുടെ 1% തുക (മിനിമം ` 1,500) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 200-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ്Gaz. No. 51/2017/DTP (Stores Purchase). 375 2104 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ 28-12-2017-ന് സർക്കാർ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കു കയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേസമയം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്ന് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the "Supply of Batteries for 15 KVA UPS" 12 Volt, 40AH, SMF (Sealed Maintenance Free)—30 Nos. on Buy Back Scheme in Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2017-18.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription "Supply of Batteries for 15 KVA UPS" on Buy Back Scheme in Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2017-18, addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 28-12-2017. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 28-12-2017 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 450 (Original GST Chalan for ` 54 should be submitted for obtaining tender form) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 27-12-2017. Cheque, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 252.

Intending tenderers should submit an amount of 1% of the quoted amount as Earnest Money Deposit (Minimum ` 1,500) by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till one year from the date of acceptance. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender. ചവറ ബേബി ജോൺ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ഗവ. കോളേജിന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി 2017-18 വർഷത്തെ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ` 3,00,000-ന്റെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വാട്ടർ പ്യൂരിഫയർ πാന്റ ് നൽകുന്നതിന് താൽപര്യമുള്ള ഏജൻസികൾ/റേറ്റ് കോൺട്രാക്ട് ഉള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

എല്ലാ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പവും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ 6-ാം പുറത്ത് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു സമ്മത പത്രം ` 200 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് നൽകേ≠താണ്. എത്ര രൂപയുടെ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവോ പ്രസ്തുത തുകയുടെ 1% (` 50-ന്റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങൾ) (` 3,000) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവെയ്ക്കണം.

മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "2017-18 വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് എെ. സി. റ്റി. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് (πാൻ ഫ≠്)" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, സർക്കാർ കോളേജ്, അമ്പലപ്പുഴ-688 561 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-12-2017-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, സർക്കാർ കോളേജ്, അമ്പലപ്പുഴ-688 561" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 840 രൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of ICT Devices amounting ` 2,35,674 under plan scheme (Development of Lab/Library) 2017-18.

The tender should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of ICT Devices 2017-18 (Plan scheme) and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Ambalappuzha, Alappuzha District, Pin-688 561. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 28-12-2017 Thursday in the presence of such tenderers as their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to "The Principal, Government College, Ambalappuzha-688 561" obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a Cash remittance of ` 840 ` 750 + ` 90 (12% GST) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable at any circumstances. Sealed competitive tenders are invited in the prescribed proforma for the purchase of Plumbing Items from approved persons/firms as a part of utilization of Plan Fund 2017-18.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 400 + GST 12%.

Duplicate—` 200 + GST 12%.

Last date and time for issue of tender form—

3-1-2018 upto 3 p. m.

Due date and time for receipt of tenders—

4-1-2018, 12 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tenders—4-1-2018, 12.30 p. m.

• The tender should be addressed to the Superintendent, Govt. Mental Health Centre, Kozhikode "in a sealed cover. Late tender will not be accepted.

• EMD 1% (One percent) of rate quoted should be remitted along with the execution of agreement.

• The successful bidder will have to produce a security deposit equal to 5% of the total quoted value.

• The unit price of each item should be quoted in the tender inclusive of all taxes, Cess, duties etc.

• The undersigned reserves the right to reject or cancel the tender on without assigning any reason whatever and his decision will be final.

• Details including specification regarding the items tendered if any can be obtained from the RMO/Store section of the office/Store Superintendent Electrician on all working days during Office hours.

• An agreement has to be executed by you in the prescribed proforma on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) with all Guarantee/Warrantee/Onsite service details(with contact number).

• Invoice in triplicate should be submitted for payment will be released only after satisfactory Report from the concerned with sanction of the undersigned.

• If any technical problems affect the supplies items, you should provide your onsite service on Telephone call or message or even on all any electronic media within due time.

• Any laxity or any time lapsed will be treated as negligence on your part and the time gap will be treated as an extension of the guarantee/ warrantee period.

• Violation of the agreement or any loss or damage will be seriously viewed and has to be compensated or else may lead to further strict actions.

• The items quoted in the tender should be confirmed to IS standards by reputed manufacturer.

• Samples should be forwarded if called for and unapproved samples should be taken back by the tenderers at their own cost. The approved samples may or may not be returned at the discretion of the undersigned.Tenderers whose samples are received late will not be considered. Samples should be forwarded under separate cover duly listed and the corresponding number of item in the tender schedule should also be noted in the list of samples. Tenders for the supply of materials are liable to be rejected unless samples, if called for of the materials tendered for are forwarded.
