An Adhoc meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) was held on 31-10-2017 in the Chamber of the Chairman for including 4 more Officers in the Select List of Assistant State Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the cadre of State Tax Officer in the Depertment for the year 2017 and to implement the Order of the Hon'ble Kerala Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 608/17 & 613/17 dated 24-5-2017.
The Committee considered the representation filed by Sri Rajesh Kumar, S. and decided to select and include his name in the Select List of Assistant State Tax Officers for promotion to the cadre of State Tax Officer for the year 2017 as Sl. No. 54A in between Smt. Nabeesa, C. (Sl. No. 54) and Smt. Ayisha Beevi, P. (Sl. No. 55).
