ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയ നിരതദ്രവ്യതുക ` 1,500 മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് മാറ്റുവാനോ റദ്ദാക്കുവാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Electronic equipments for this college for a total cost of ` 4,37,000 under 2017-18 Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Electronic equipments under Plan Scheme during 2017-18" and addressed to the Special Officer Government Arts & Science College for Women, Munduparamba P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is at 1 p.m. on 31-1-2018. Late tenders will not be accepted on any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending tenderers may make an application to the Special Officer to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 500 + GST, Rate of duplicate tender form is ` 900 + GST, which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 31-1-2018. Cheques, drafts and postal orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form including postal charges by money order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. Those firms outside Kerala want to get tender form by post should sent ` 200 as cost of Kerala Stamp Paper, along with the cost of tender form. The articles should be supplied with in 20 days on receipt of the purchase order in the College at their expenses.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ, നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ആഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ എസ്. ബി. എെ. മലപ്പുറം സിവിൽസ്റ്റേഷൻ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽനിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

The minimum EMD should be ` 1,500 Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order.

O., Pampady, Kottayam-686 501 on a cash remittance as above or by Money Order on all working days between 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. The tender should be superscribed as Tender No. and date. Cheque, Postage Stamp, Drafts, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms. The tender forms are not transferable.
