എറണാകുളം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 14-8-2017-ലെ ബി4/6831/11 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിൽ ഇടക്കൊച്ചിയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന പ്രിയദർശിനി വനിതാ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണസംഘം ലിമിറ്റഡ് നമ്പർ എസ്. ഇൻഡ് (ഇ) 137 എന്ന സഹകരണ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവാകുകയും എറണാകുളം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം സീനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവിധ ബാധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ലായെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരെയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

എറണാകുളം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 14-8-2017-ലെ ബി4/12673/08 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം കൊച്ചി താലൂക്കിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന വൈപ്പിൻ ബ്ലോക്ക് ബീഡി വർക്കേഴ്സ് വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം എസ്. ഇൻഡ് (ഇ) 79 എന്ന സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവാകുകയും എറണാകുളം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം സീനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

സംഘത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും ഇനത്തിൽ അടയ്ക്കുവാനുള്ള തുക നേരിൽ വന്ന് അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ പൊതുജനങ്ങളേയും സംഘം അംഗങ്ങളേയും അറിയിക്കുന്നു.

നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവിധ ബാധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ലായെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരെയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

No. SCI(Inds)/Ctr/C.N./2-2017. 9th July 2017.

Whereas the affairs of the M/s Nenmara Womens Bakery Manufacturing ICS Ltd. No. S IND(P) 147, Nenmara P.O., Palakkad have been ordered to be wind up and the undersigned has been appointed as Liquidator as per the Proceedings No. V1/3729/2000 dated 30-7-2012 of the undersigned in person or through authorised agents within two months from the date of publication of this notice. Any claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Whereas the affairs of the M/s Nenmara Block Panchayat SC/ST Offset Printintg Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. C IND (P) 156, Nenmara P.O., Palakkad have been ordered to be wind up and the undersigned has been appointed as Liquidator as per the Proceedings No. V1/3444/2006, dated 12-7-2017 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad and whereas the Liquidator has taken over charge of the assets and liabilities of the society. Notice is hereby given that all claims against the society shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or through authorised agents within two months from the date of publication of this notice. Any claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
