LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT (RD) DEPARTMENT

G. O. (Ms.) No. 45/2018/LSGD. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 20th April 2018.

Read:—1. Letter No. T. P. 1 32385/11 dated 8-2-2018 from the Secretary, Perinthalmanna Municipality.

2. Letter No. E2/5754/2017 dated 24-3-2018 from the Chief Town Planner (Planning).

ORDER

The Secretary, Perinthalmanna Municipality vide letter read (1) above has forwarded the Draft Master Plan for Perinthalmanna Town, as laid down under subsection (7) of section 36 of the Kerala Town & Country Planning Act, 2016.

2. Government have examined the matter in detail. Having considered the recommendations of the CTP (Planning) received vide letter read (2) Government are pleased to accord sanction for the Master Plan for Perinthalmanna Town undersubsection (8) of section 36 of the Kerala Town & Country Planning Act, 2016. G. 20/2018/DTP. 11 2 3. The Secretary, Perinthalmanna Municipality shall send sufficient copies of the sanctioned Master Plan to Local Self Government Institutions concerned and to various Departments and Agencies which are responsible for the implementation of the Master Plan for Perinthalmanna Town.
