LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT—MASTER PLAN FOR MATTANNUR TOWN— SANCTION ACCORDED— ORDERS ISSUED

LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT (RD) DEPARTMENT

G. O. (Ms.) No. 46/2018/LSGD. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 20th April 2018.

Read:—1. Letter No. E1/8938/16 dated 31-8-2017 from the Secretary, Mattannur Municipality.

2. Letter No. E2/8207/2012 dated 9-1-2018 from the Chief Town Planner (Planning).

ORDER

The Secretary, Mattannur Municipality vide letter read (1) above has forwarded the Draft Master Plan for Mattannur Town, as laid down under subsection (7) of section 36 of the Kerala Town & Country Planning Act, 2016.

2. The Government have examined the matter in detail. Considering the recommendations of the CTP (Planning) received vide letter read (2), Government are pleased to accord sanction for the Master Plan for Mattannur Town undersubsection (8) of section 36 of the Kerala Town & Country Planning Act, 2016. G. 21/2018/DTP. 13 2 3. The Secretary, Mattannur Municipality shall send copies of the sanctioned Master Plan to concerned Local Self Government Institutions and to various Departments and Agencies responsible for the implementation of the Master Plan for Mattannur Town.
