Public Notice issued by the Settlement Officer of Tahsildar (LR), Taluk Office, Cherthala
No. F2-14499/17.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
WHEREAS, the Settlement Officer has information that the land/lands described in the subjoined schedule is/are in the possession of the landowner (s)/Land holder (s) and that the right, title and interest of the landholder(s) in respect of the land/lands have vested in the Government under section 3 of the Act.
AND WHEREAS, the settlement Officer intends to assign the right, title and interest so vested to the landowner (s)/ landholder (s) of the land/lands.
Notice is hereby given to the landowner (s)/landholder (s) to prefer in writing their claims and objections, if any, to the proposed assignment and matters connected herewith before the Settlement Officer at 11a.m. on 30-6-2018 at Taluk Office, Cherthala and to appear before me in person or by pleader or recognised agent on the said time and place with all relevant records to prove their respective claims or in support of their objections.
Failing which all persons concerned are informed that the proceedings relating in the assignment will be heard and decided in their absence.
