17. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ലംഘിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം യാതൊരു അറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ കരാർ കാലാവധിക്കുള്ളിൽ കരാർ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം കമ്മീഷണറേറ്റിന് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
18. കരാർ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും നിബന്ധനകളും കൃത്യമായി പാലിക്കേ≠താണ്.
19. കരാർ ലഭിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ികൾ/സ്ഥാപനം അനുമതിപത്രം ലഭിച്ച് ഒരാഴ്ചക്കുള്ളിൽ ` 200 മൂല്യമുള്ള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട മാതൃകയിൽ കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടേ≠താണ്.
20. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഭക്ഷ്യസുരക്ഷാവകുപ്പിനു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
