Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may concern that Sobhana, Mannareth House, Nagalassery, P. O. Koottanad, Nagalassery Village, Pattambi Taluk, Palakkad District, Kerala has filed an application before this office for the issuance of a legal heirship certificate in respect of her mother Saraswathi Amma, w/o late Radhakrishnan, Mannareth House, Nagalassery Village, Pattambi Taluk, Palakkad District, Kerala who died on 7-11-2017. Enquiry conducted through the Village Officer, Nagalassery reveals that the undermentioned are the legal heirs of the deceased.
SCHEDULE
Whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the provision to Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) the appropriate Government and District Collector, Malappuram have decided to conduct a Social Impact Assessment in the area specified in the schedule below.
NOW, Therefore, sanction is accorded to unit Kerala Voluntary Health Services, Mullankuzhi, Collectorate P. O., Kottayam-686 002 to conduct a Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare a Social Impact Management Plan as provided in the Act. The process shall be completed within a period of 2 months, not exceeding six months in any case.
