It is hereby notified that the Master Plan for Perinthalmanna Town in respect of the Local Planning Area comprising of the whole area of Perinthalmanna Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder:
North : Vettathur Grama Panchayath East : Thazhekode Grama Panchayath and Aliparamba Grama Panchayath South : Elamkulam Grama Panchayath West : Pulamanthole Grama Panchayath and Angadipuram Grama Panchayath South : Mangattidam Grama Panchayath, Vengad Grama Panchayath West : Koodali Grama Panchayath, Keezhallur Grama Panchayath
The Municipal Council of Mattannur shall publish the Master Plan as provided under subsection 10 of section 36 of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act, 2016 (Act 9 of 2016).
No person shall use of cause to use any land or carryout development in any land or change the use of land otherwise than in conformity with this plan.
