മണ്ണാർക്കാട് താലൂക്കിൽ പയ്യനടം വില്ലേജിൽ കുഞ്ഞാപ്പ ഹാജി s/o കുഞ്ഞിമൊയ്തീൻ, ആമ്പാടത്ത് വീട്, മൈലാംപാടം, പയ്യനടം പി. ഒ. എന്നയാൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നും പാലക്കാട് ആർ. ടി. ഒ. ഓഫീസിൽ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അനുവദിച്ചുതരണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊ≠് പരേതന്റെ മകൾ ആയിഷുമ്മ എന്നവർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ പയ്യനടം വില്ലേജാഫീസർവഴി അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ കുഞ്ഞാപ്പ ഹാജി എന്നയാൾ 23-3-2018-ന് മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതായും പരേതന്റെ അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമാണുള്ളതെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു.

1 അബ്ദുൾ കരീം മകൻ 70 2 കുഞ്ഞുമൊയ്തീൻ ,, 60 3 ഉസ്മാൻ ,, 55 4 കദീജ മകൾ 57 5 ആയിഷുമ്മ ,, 68 മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവരാണ് പരേതന്റെ അവകാശികളെന്നുള്ളതിന് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ഈ പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധ പ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ രേഖാമൂലം മണ്ണാർക്കാട് തഹശീൽദാർ മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞോ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗമായോ വരുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

മണ്ണാർക്കാട് താലൂക്കിൽ മണ്ണാർക്കാട്-1 വില്ലേജിൽ രത്നാഭായ് w/o ചന്ദ്രൻ, ചന്ദ്രൻ നിവാസ്, വടക്കുമണ്ണം, മണ്ണാർക്കാട് പി. ഒ. എന്നവർ മരണപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നും ട്രഷറിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അനുവദിച്ചുതരണമെന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊ≠് പരേതയുടെ മകൻ ഹരിദാസ്, കെ. പി. എന്നയാൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ മണ്ണാർക്കാട്-1 വില്ലേജാഫീസർവഴി അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ രത്നാഭായ് എന്നവർ 22-4-2017-ന് മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതായും പരേതയുടെ അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമാണുള്ളതെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു.

WHEREAS, in exercise of powers conferred by the provision to clause (e) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) Government of Kerala have notified and authorized the District Collector as appropriate Government as per G. O. (P) No. 376/2016/ RD dated 29-6-2016 published SRO No. 468/16 in Kerala Gazette dated 8-7-2016 for the purpose of acquisition of land not exceeding 200 Ares in a District for public purpose.

WHEREAS, it appears to the appropriate Government and the District Collector Malappuram that the land specified in the schedule below is needed or likely to be needed for a public purpose, to wit for ''Land Acquisition for the Construction of Judicial Officers; Quarters at Tirur'' in Malappuram District.

WHEREAS, in exercise of powers conferred by the provision to section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) the Appropriate Government and District Collector Malappuram have decided to Conduct a Social Impact Assessment in the area specified in the schedule below.

NOW, THEREFORE, sanction is accorded to unit ''Rajagiri Educational Alternatives and Community Health (out REACH) Service Society. Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Rajagiri P. O., Kalamassery-683 104'' to conduct a Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare a Social Impact Management Plan as provided in the Act. The process shall be completed within a period of two months, not exceeding six months in any case.
