,, 36 ഇവർ മാത്രമാണുള്ളതെന്നും പരേതരുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ലായെന്നും അറിയുന്നതിനാൽ പരേതരുടെ പേരിൽ അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് മുഖേന ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള എല്ലാ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശികൾ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവർ മാത്രമാണെന്ന് കാണിച്ച് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം അവർ ആ വിവരം പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം നേരിട്ട് ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചും തപാൽവഴിയും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, Shri Shanavas s/o Abdul Vaheed residing in Shahim Cottage of Keezhattingal Village, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District has purchased for ` 6,55,000 (Six Lakh Fifty five Thousand only) the immovable property specified below at the sale held in public auction on the 28/3 day of 2018 for recovery of Court fine arrears amounting to ` 53,52,500 for the period 2014-15, 2016-17 due from Shri Biju, M. residing in SRA 113 of Manacaud Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram has confirmed the sale in his order No. A/10560/18 dated 4-6-2018 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968, it is hereby declared under sub-section (1) of section 57 of the said act that the said Sri Shanavas is the lawful successor to all the right of the former land-holder in the said immovable property.
