The subjoined statement is an extract from the survey field registers giving particulars of the lands registered and surveyed in the name of concerned, appeal if any, against the survey should be prescribed within three months from the date of publication of this notice to the Officer in charge of the survey whose head quarters are at Koyilandy.

കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 13-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം നമ്പർ ഡി1-1503/2015.

1. താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ (13) എ വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാകളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം സിവിൽ കോടതിയിലെ ഡിക്രിമൂലമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവ്വെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
