ASSENTED TO BY THE HON'BLE CHANCELLOR ON 22-2-2018—

2. Letter No. GS3-569/2013 dated 18-8-2018 from the Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble Chancellor.
ORDER 18th SEPT. 2018] UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT 28 As per paper read as second, the Hon'ble Chancellor has ordered to initiate appropriate corrective measures to rectify the irregularity in the date of implementation of the above amendment, which is not in conformity with the existing rules and to furnish explanation for deviation/violation from the provisions of the Act.
Considering the above, sanction has been accorded by the Vice Chancellor on 28-8-2018 to cancel the above notification and to issue fresh notification without mentioning the date of effect of the amendment.
Hence the Notification No. 33538/GA-I-F1/2015/Admn. dated 2-8-2018 stands cancelled.
Orders are issued accordingly.
