NOTIFICATIONS
UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961
Whereas, the Government have directed the survey of land comprised in survey numbers noted below, it is hereby notified under sub section (1) of section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that the survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey numbers of the below said Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed; and that every persons claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned land is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.
Under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the below said lands.
Under sub-section (3) of Section 6 of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:—
(a) to clear within 16 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungle, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and
(b) to provide labour at such time under for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the Rules made thereunder.
If any person fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.

Form of Preliminary Notification to be Issued by the Collector
under Sub Section (1) of Section 18
NOTIFICATION

WHEREAS the District Collector, Kozhikode as per Order No. DCKKD/12473/17/B4 dated 7-10-2017 has appointed the Special Tahsildar (LA), KCRIP, Kozhikode to perform the functions of a Collector for the purpose of land acquisition under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparancy in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.
AND WHEREAS the Government hereby appoint Deputy Collector as the Administrator, for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement to the proposed acquisition.
AND WHEREAS it appear to the Government that the land specified in the schedule below is needed or is likely to he needed for a public purpose to wit for widening of Bell Mouth to Panathuthazham-CWRDM Road at Manathanath Thazham.
Now THEREFORE notice is hereby given to that effect to whom soever it may concern in accordance with the provision of sub section 1 of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparancy in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.
All person interested in the said land are accordingly requested to lodge before the Special Tahsildar (LA), KCRIP Kozhikode within 15 days from the date of publication of the above notification or after giving a public notice regarding this whichever is later a statement in writing of their objections if any regarding the updation of land records or title in respect of the land proposed for acquisition. Any objction/ statement which is received after the due date or which does not clearly explain as to how the objector is interested in the land is liable to be summarily rejected.

മാങ്കാവ് ജംഗ്ഷനിൽ 0.0034 ഹെക്ടർ ഭൂമി കൂടി ഫ്രാൻസിസ് റോഡ് ജംഗ്ഷൻ മുതൽ മാങ്കാവ് റോഡുവരെയുള്ള റോഡ് വികസനത്തിന് ആവശ്യമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട റോഡ് വികസനത്തിനായി മുമ്പ് തന്നെ ഭൂരിഭാഗം ഭൂമിയും ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും റോഡ് വികസനം നടന്നിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. 0.0034 ഹെക്ടർ ഭൂമി മാത്രമാണ് ഇനി ഏറ്റെടുക്കാനുള്ളത്. ഇത് ഒരു വ്യ‡ിയുടെ ഭൂമിയാണ്. ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ കൃഷിയൊന്നുമില്ല. കെ. ആർ. ബേക്കറി & റസ്റ്റാറന്റ ് എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ വാടകയ്ക്ക് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു≠്. ഏറ്റെടുക്കാനുള്ള 0.0034 ഹെക്ടർ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുത്താൽ ഈ സ്ഥാപനത്തെ ബാധിക്കാത്തതിനാൽ തൊഴിലിനും ജീവനക്കാർക്കും യാതൊരു പ്രശ്നവും ഉ≠ാകുന്നില്ല എന്നും ഈ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതുമൂലം യാതൊരു തരത്തിലുമുള്ള സാമൂഹ്യ, സാമ്പത്തിക, പാരിസ്ഥിതിക ആഘാതങ്ങളും ഉ≠ാകില്ല എന്നും സാമൂഹ്യാഘാത പഠന റിപ്പോർട്ട് വിലയിരുത്തിയ വിദഗ്ദ്ധ സമിതിക്ക് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 3-ാം വകുപ്പ്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
