Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the Notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
Section 11 A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (in short the Act), (Central Act 39 of 1987) empowers the State Legal Services Authority to constitute the Taluk Legal Services Committees consisting of the Ex-officio members and the other members nominated by the Government. The term of the Taluk Legal Services Committee constituted as per notification No. 300/D/14/KeLSA dated 18-2-2014 has expired. The Government have nominated non- official members of Taluk Legal Services Committees of Nedumangad, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram Taluks in Thiruvananthapuram District, Vaikom, Changanassery, Meenachil, Kottayam, Kanjirapally Taluks in Kottayam District, Kanayannoor, Kunnathunadu, Kothamangalam, Kochi, Parur, Aluva and Muvattupuzha Taluk in Ernakulam District, Kasaragod & Hosdurg Taluks in Kasaragod District and intimated to this State Authority on 24-3-2018 vide letter No. 7005/H1/2017/Law dated 6-12-2018. Hence, Kerala State Legal Services Authority resolved in the 62nd Authority meeting held on 28-1-2019 at High Court of Kerala, to reconstitute the Taluk Legal Services Committees for the Taluks of Nedumangad, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram Taluks in Thiruvananthapuram District, Vaikom, Changanassery, Meenachil, Kottayam, Kanjirapally Taluks in Kottayam District, Kanayannoor, Kunnathunadu, Kothamangalam, Kochi, Parur, Aluva and Muvattupuzha Taluk in Ernakulam District, Kasaragod & Hosdurg Taluks in Kasaragod District as provided in Section 11 A of the Act read with Rule 10 of the Kerala State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1998.
This notification is intended to achieve the above object.

കേരള സംസ്ഥാ നത്ത് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം താല ൂക്കിൽ കടകംപള്ളി വില്ലേജിൽ മുല്ലൂർ ലെയിൻ, റ്റി. സി. 76/1788, ജി. പി. വിലാസിൽ ജി. പുരുഷോത്തമൻ എഴുതി വച്ചതായി അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു വിൽപത്രം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായി ടി വിൽപത്രത്താൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ട ശ്രീമതി പുഷ്പിത, പി. 25-4-2018-ൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷ ഹാജരാക്കുകയു≠ായി. ടി വിൽപത്ര ത്തോടൊപ്പം വിൽപത്രകർത്താവായ ജി. പുരുഷോത്തമൻ 15-3-2015-ന് മരണപ്പെട്ടുപോയി എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. 1908-ലെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നിയമം 40, 41 എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരവും 1958-ലെ കേരള രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ 84(1) അനുസരിച്ചും ടി വിൽപത്രം പി. 1/2018-ാം നമ്പരായി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും തുടർ നടപടികളുടെ ഭാ ഗമാ യി ടി വിൽപത്രം സംബന്ധിച്ച ആദ്യവിചാരണ 2019 ജൂൺ മാസം 11-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് നടത്താൻ നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാകുന്നു. ആകയാൽ ടി വിൽപത്രം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമോ തർക്കമോ ഉള്ളപക്ഷം വിചാരണ ദിവസമായ 2019 ജൂൺ മാസം 11-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്കുള്ളിൽ നേരിട്ടേ ാ നിയമപ്രകാ രം അ ധികാ ര പ്പെടുത്തിയ വക്കീൽ മുഖാന്തിരമോ ഹാജരായി രേഖാമൂലം ബോ ധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊ ള്ളേ≠തു ം അ തിനുശേഷം വരു ന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങളോ തർക്കങ്ങളോ ഗൗനിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
