Sura, holder of Extract of School Admission Register with Admission No. 18683, date of Admission 15-5-2017 issued by the Headmaster, Rajeev Gandhi Memorial Higher Secondary School, Mokeri, Birth Certificate with Registration No. 3659/1/2004, date of Registration 15-7-2004 issued by the Registrar of Births "Provided also that the return in FORM GSTR-3B of the said rules for the month of March, 2019 furnished electronically through the common portal, on or before the 23rd April, 2019 shall be treated as valid for the purpose of this notification.".
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 20th day of April, 2019.
