കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് വഖ്ഫ് ബോർഡിൽ 18/ആർ. എ. നമ്പരായി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ല, കാസർഗോഡ് താലൂക്ക്, അടുക്കത്തബെയിൽ വില്ലേജ് മുഹിയുദ്ദീൻ ജമാഅത്ത് പള്ളി വഖ്ഫിന് വേ≠ി വസ്തു വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള അനുമതിക്കായി വഖ്ഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. കാസർഗോഡ് താലൂക്ക് അടുക്കത്തബെയിൽ വില്ലേജിൽ റീ. സ. 83/6-ൽപ്പെട്ട 21 സെന്റ ് സ്ഥലം സെന്റൊന്നിന് ` 20,000 വിലയ്ക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്നതിനും മേൽ വഖ്ഫിന് അവകാശപ്പെട്ട റീ. സ. നമ്പർ 66/8-ൽപ്പെട്ട 33 സെന്റ ് സ്ഥലം വിൽപ്പന നടത്തിയ വകയിൽ ബോർഡിൽ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ` 2,93,700 ടി ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമോ അഭിപ്രായമോ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് ഈ വി⁄ാപനം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ ചീഫ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ, കേരള സംസ്ഥാന വഖഫ് ബോർഡ്, ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയം, വി. എെ. പി. റോഡ്, കലൂർ, കൊച്ചി-682 017 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.
