In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the person mentioned in Column (1) of the following Schedule to be an Additional Sessions Judge to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against his name in Column (2) thereof from the date of taking charge.

കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊ≠ിരിക്കുന്ന താൽകാലിക കോടതികളിലെ പാർട്ട് ടൈം സ്വീപ്പർ തസ്തിക യിലേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നിയമിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിന് താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

അപേക്ഷകർ കേന്ദ്ര/സംസ്ഥാന സർവ്വീസിൽ അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയം ഉള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം. പ്രായപരിധി—60 വയസ്.
ഹൈക്കോടതി/നിയമവകുപ്പ്/അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ജനറൽ ഓഫീസ്/ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ്-ജുഡീഷ്യറി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയമുള്ളവർക്ക് മുൻഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
നിയമനം കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 179 ദിവസത്തേക്കോ 31-3-2020 വരെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 60 വയസ് പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതു വരെയോ ഇവയിൽ ഏതാണോ ആദ്യം അന്ന് വരെ ആയിരിക്കും.
