It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned authorities and the public that I, Amer Sindu. K, Mundanpuram House, Manipuram P. O., Koduvally, Thamarassery Taluk, Kozhikode District, Pin-673 572, holder of SSLC Book No. C 109294 with Register Nos. 274672 of March 1990 and 445799 of March 1991, in the Driving Licence No. 57/1092/2007 issued on 7-3-2007 by the Asst. LA, Koduvally, also known as Amersindu. K in the Election Identity Card No. KL/04/023/369055 issued on 14-3-2019 by the Electoral Registration Officer, Koduvally LA Constituency, and known as Amer Sindu Kuttan Parol in the Passport No. M8556874 issued on 8-5-2015 by the Passport Officer, Passport Office, Kozhikode, is one and the same person. Hereafter I have changed my name as Amar Nath. K.

2019 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 16-ന് സംസ്ഥാന ടൂറിസം വകുപ്പിന്റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ നടത്തുന്ന ഓണം വാരാഘോഷത്തിന്റെ സമാപനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള ഘോഷയാത്രയിൽ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കാനായി 'പാഠം ഒന്ന് പാടത്തേയ്ക്ക്' എന്ന സന്ദേശം പ്രമേയമാക്കി ഒരു ഫ്ളോട്ട് തയ്യാറാക്കുവാൻ ഫാം ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ബ്യൂറോയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്. താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പ്രസ്തുത ഫ്ളോട്ട് തയ്യാറാക്കാൻ താല്പര്യമുള്ള ശില്പികളിൽ/കലാകാര∑ാരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

(1) ഫാം ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ബ്യൂറോ നൽകുന്ന ചിത്രമായിരി ക്കണം ഫ്ളോട്ടിന്റെ രൂപം. ഫ്ളോട്ട് സ÷ീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനാവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ സാധനസാമഗ്രിയും കരാറുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലും ചെലവിലും സ÷ീകരിക്കേ≠താണ് (ചെടികൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ).

(2) ഈ ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ത്രിമാന രൂപത്തിനു≠ാകേ≠ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വലിപ്പം ചിത്രത്തോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കും.

The following Ranked List of candidates selected for appointment to the Post - S1. No. 9 Assistant Professor - Computer Applications (Muslim) (Self Financing Sector) in the Department of Computer Applications, CUSAT, on the Scale of pay of ` 15600-39100 + Academic Grade Pay (AGP) ` 6000, on the basis of the interview held on 19th June 2019, arranged in the order of merit, is published for information. (4) ഈ രൂപം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് ഇരുമ്പു ചട്ടക്കൂടിൽ മുള, പായ്, കടലാസ്, πാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് പാരിസ്, തുണി, πാസ്റ്റിക് ഷീറ്റ്/സ്ക്വയർ ട്യൂബ്, സ്റ്റീൽ, 6 എം. എം. റോഡ്, ഫോം എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാത്ത ഏതെങ്കിലും വസ്തുക്കൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കണ മെങ്കിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ഓഫീസറുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് അനുമതി വാങ്ങണം. തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന രൂപത്തിന് മിനുസമുള്ള പ്രതലത്തിൽ ഇനാമൽ പെയിന്റ ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നിറം നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്.
