KL-2E-8460 രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പർ മിനിലോറിയുടെ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. Eഷിധരന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 8,22,131 (എട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തിര≠ായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തിയൊന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ, എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ട് സെക്ഷൻ 2 (1) (ഡി) പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി ശ്രീമതി സുനീതി, എൻ., ശരത് ഭവൻ, ആലുമുക്ക്, വയല പി. ഒ., ഇട്ടിവ വില്ലേജ്, കൊട്ടാരക്കര (ഭാര്യ) മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Whereas the Chief Executive, Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board, Ernakulam has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 6,82,760 (Rupees Six Lakh Eighty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Babu, N. who met with a fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a headload worker under Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board, Kannur District Committee on 8-8-2018. Whereas the Assistant Labour Officer, Kannur 2nd Circle has reported that (1) Smt. Chandramathi, N. (Mother), (2) Sunila, P. P. (Wife) (3) Sharon, P. P. (Minor son), (4) Shan, P. P. (Minor son), (5) Shayoon, P. P. (Minor son), Narikkutty House, Azheekode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.

8-8-2018-ാം തീയതി കേരള ചുമട്ട് തൊഴിലാളി ക്ഷേമ ബോർഡ,് കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട ബാബു, എൻ. എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,82,760 (ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തി ര≠ായിരത്തി എഴുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടി വച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) ഡി വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി ചന്ദ്രമതി, എൻ. (മാതാവ്), (2) ശ്രീമതി സുനില, പി. പി. (ഭാര്യ), (3) ഷാരോൺ, പി. പി. (മൈനർ മകൻ), (4) ഷാൺ, പി. പി., (മൈനർ മകൻ), (5) ഷായൂൺ, പി. പി. (മൈനർ മകൻ) നരിക്കുട്ടി വീട്, അഴീക്കോട് പി. ഒ. എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് കണ്ണൂർ-2-ാം സർക്കിൾ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശ പ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
