But the liquidation work of the societies has not been completed till now. Hence order reauthorising the officer is to be issued for completing the liquidation of the societies. Hence this order.

ORDER

In the above circumstances, in exercise of power conferred on me under section 71(2) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of the affairs of the above mentioned 19 Industrial Co-operative societies in Chirayinkeezhu Circle and reauthorise Junior Co-operative Inspector (Industries), Chirayinkeezhu Circle as liquidator of the above mentioned 19 Industrial Co-operative Societies. He will take charge of assets and records of the societies under liquidation. The periodical report on the progress of the liquidation work will be forwarded promptly.

As per the Proceedings read above Sri. M. V. Ajith kumar, Industrial Inspector, Thiruvananthapuram Circle was appointed liquidator of the Industrial Co-operative Societies in Thiruvananthapuram Circle. But he has not completed the liquidation work of the societies mentioned below within the time limit prescribed. Hence he is to be reauthorised to proceed further on the liquidation work of the societies. Hence this order.

In the above circumstances, in exercise of power conferred on me under section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of the affairs of the above mentioned Industrial Co-operative Societies in Thiruvananthapuram Circle and reauthorise Industrial Co-operative Inspector, Thiruvananthapuram Circle as the liquidator. The liquidator will take charge of the assets and records of the societies immediately and report the date of taking charge of the societies. The periodical report on the progress of the liquidation work will be forwarded promptly.

നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ഈ ഉത്തരവിലെ തീയതി മുതൽ 3 വർഷത്തിനകം സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്.

കേരളശ്രീ വനിതാ വസ്ത്ര നിർമ്മാണ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം എസ്. ഇൻഡ് (എ) 303, ചെട്ടികുളങ്ങര എന്ന സംഘം ദീർഘനാളായി പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണ്. 1969-ലെ സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമപ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ സെക്ഷൻ 65 അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കു ന്നതിന് സൂചന പ്രകാരം ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം 1969 വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിൽ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ നിയമിക്കേ≠തു≠്.

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 1-1-2019-ലെ ജി/776/16 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ലിക്വിഡേഷ നിലായ കേരളശ്രീ വനിതാ വസ്ത്ര നിർമ്മാണ വിപണന വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ S IND (A) 303, ചെട്ടികുളങ്ങര എന്ന സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി കാർത്തികപ്പള്ളി താലൂക്ക് വ്യവസായ ഓഫീസ് ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാകുന്നു.

ടി സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുക ലഭിക്കുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യ പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠് മാസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായ എന്നെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കണമെന്നുള്ള

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 1969-ലെ സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം, അനുസരിച്ച് ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങളുടെ രജിസ്ട്രാർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം 71 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം കേരളശ്രീ വനിതാ വസ്ത്ര നിർമ്മാണ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം എസ്. ഇൻഡ് (എ) 303, ചെട്ടികുളങ്ങര എന്ന സംഘത്തിന്റെ വിവരം എല്ലാ സംഘാംഗങ്ങളെയും ഇടപാടുകാരെയും പൊതുജനങ്ങളേയും ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
