കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ലാബിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ലാബ് ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. "സൂപ്ര≠്, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി, കണ്ണൂർ, മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് പി. ഒ., പരിയാരം" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. ദർഘാസ് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ലാബിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിൽ ലാബിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും ബ്രാൻഡ് പേരും സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷനും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. മതിപ്പുവില ` 3,00,000. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-9-2019-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങിയവരുടെയോ, അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 18-9-2019-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30-ന് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 1,000 + 18% ജി.എസ്.ടി.. ടെ≠ർ രേഖകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ജി.എസ്.ടി. ഒടുക്കിയ രസീത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വിലയോടൊപ്പം ` 50 അധികമായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നി›ിതവും ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ചുനൽകാത്തതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് മറ്റൊരാളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ 7-8-2019-ന് രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കു ന്നതും 17-9-2019-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തുമാണ്. ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ (` 500+18% ജി.എസ്.ടി. തുകയ്ക്ക്) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായും (ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞത് ` 1,500). ` 200-ന്റെ മുദ്രക്കടലാസിൽ അപ്പന്റിക്സ്-17 പ്രകാരമുള്ള പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. 18-9-2019-ന് സർക്കാർ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30-ന് ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ടെ≠ർ അംഗീകരിക്കാനോ നിരസിക്കാനോ ഉള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം സൂപ്ര≠ിനായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ആശുപത്രി ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of Chemicals and Lab equipments for Laboratory of Government Ayurveda College, Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram for the Year 2019-20.
Tenders should be superscribed ''Tender for the Supply of Chemicals and Lab equipments addressed to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College, Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of duly filled tender form is 3 p. m. on 18-9-2019. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 18-9-2019 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College, Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram to obtain the required tender forms in which tenders should be submitted. Estimated Cost ` 3,00,00. Cost of Original tender form is ` 1,000 + 18% GST and duplicate form is ` 500 + 18% GST. Tender documents will be issued to the intending tenderer only on the submission of GST Remittance receipts. Those who wish to purchase tender form by post should send additional amount of ` 50 as postage charge. The price fixed for a tender form or a set of form is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender form will be started at 10 a. m. on 7-8-2019 and will be closed at 5 p. m. on 17-9-2019. Demand Draft, Cheques, Postal order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. A preliminary agreement as per Appendix XVII of Store Purchase Manual Rules on Kerala Stamp paper worth ` 200 together with an EMD of 1% of the total amount quoted not lessthan ` 1,500 by a way of D.D should be attached with the tender form. The Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College, Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram has the right to accept or reject the tender.
If 18-9-2019 will be declared as a public holiday, the tender will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on the next working day. Those who wish to purchase tender form by post shall obtain the forms early to avoid postal delay. Further details can be had from the Hospital office during the office time.

നമ്പർ എ2/428/2019/ജി.സി.കെ. 2019 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 14. 2019-20 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കാര്യവട്ടം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിൽ ലാബ് എക്യൂപ്മെന്റ ്സ് പർച്ചേയ്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ` 4,40,000-ൽ അധികരിക്കാതെ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ വിജയിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ 28 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ സπൈ ഓർഡറിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 19-9-2019, 2.30 മണിവരെ ആയിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള വരുടെയോ അവർ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of lab equipment to Various departments of Govt. College, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram. The list of items to be supplied is available along with the tender forms. The successful tenderers should deliver the items within 28 days from the date of supply order and as per the conditions specified.
Estimate Amount—` 4,40,000.
The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription "Purchase of lab equipment to Government College Kariavattom under Plan Fund 2019-2020" and should be addressed to "The Principal, Government College Kariavattom, Trivandrum, Pin-695 581". The last date for receipt of tenders will be on 19-9-2019 at 2.30 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 19-9-2019 at 3 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may, on application to "The Principal, Government College, Kariavattom, Trivandrum'' obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,350 + GST 12% which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Tender forms will be issued on all working days from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 19-9-2019 at 2 p. m. Those who wish to get tender form by post should sent money order for cost of tender form along with self addressed envelop affixed with sufficient stamps for sending the tender forms by registered post. Cheque/ Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued @ ` 700 + 12% (GST) per copy.
All the tenderers should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 while submitting tender form (vide Page No. 6 of the tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit Receipts subject to the minimum of ` 4,400. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD should enclose copy of the latest certificate of Registration issued by Store Purchase Department, Government of Kerala. Otherwise the tender will be summarisely rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason is vested with the undersigned. The undersigned will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss of tender forms.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals and Equipments (Lab, Library/Furniture Fund 2019-20) for Polymer Chemistry and Physics Departments of the Government College, Attingal. The list of items to be supplied will be available along with the tender forms. The successful tenderers should deliver the items within one month from the date of supply order and as per the conditions specified therein.
Estimate amount—` 2,00,000.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ആവശ്യമായ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം തുക അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി.യായി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
