ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ, മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി, മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, കണ്ണൂർ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 200 വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആറു മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്.
